Anyone know how to unclog an internet stoppage???

Wallsters, I had a powerpoint program on my laptop that was having some issues, and I had a presentation to make, so I decided to e-mail the PP program to my home PC so I could put it on the wifes new laptop. The file ended up being too big to send, and now it's stuck in my OUT box, and everytime I try and use Outlook Express for retreiving my e-mail, it locks up and kicks out.
Anyone know how to delete a message out of your OUT box???
TIA

That will have to be done by your
ISP or provider. Been, there, done that!0 -
Not a big deal--What is happening is you are attempting to d/l off your email provider's server onto your local machine. Instead, login to your email provider's webmail site, and choose to delete the email from the server through your webmail. Then, when you again attempt to d/l your email from the server onto your local machine, that email message will no longer be there. If you dont know how to access webmail, your ISP can help you.0 -
You might be able to unplug your internet cable, start up OE, it will try to find your server and fail. Then delete the email in your out box. reconnect your internet and see how it goes.0
