out building heating

I have been asked to heat an outbuilding for a customer.
Building size is 8x12x 7'ceiling. insulation is std 3.5" fiberglass sides and ceiling.
Building is about 12 feet from main house
house is heated with hydro-air from an oil boiler.
Use of building is expected to be about 10-15 hours a week.
Upstate ny area. No water service to building is planned.
Because of the small usage I was wondering about the style of heating i should use.
1) electric baseboard
2) electric wall mount heater
3) hydronic BB of the house boiler
4) Hydro from the main house with an Hydro air unit in the
building.
ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? thanks

Since you need quick heatup
for short working periods, I would look at some kind of hot air system. If electric rates are low (not likely in NY) the wall mounted heater would be cheap to install. I can't see running insulated hydro lines out there with a fan coil just for 15 hrs of use, but it's an option if the building must maintain a set temp the rest of the winter.
Might want to look at just getting a seperate oil tank or run an oil line out there to an oil fired wall heater.

PLenty of LP fired heaters to choose from if you don't mind getting an LP tank for the building.0 -
Comfort and cost of installation
What is the building used for? Office, exercise, hideout from spouse? Does it need cooling? Maybe a small heat cool wall banger.
Hands down a radiant would be the most comfortable. Depending on floor construction floors or maybe ceilings and walls.
I suppose for simplicity you could use an electric radiant product to save hydronic freeze up hassles.
Electric BB would probably be the low cost leader.
