The two rads on the left look OK for hot water. The one on the lower right definitely is not, and the one on the upper right probably isn't but I can't tell for sure. For hot water the sections need to be connected together with nipples at the top as well as the bottom.
And of course, you'd have to plug the steam vent opening and drill and tap for a hot-water vent.

Why is the vent/bleed valve tap not at the top but in the middle of the last section? Because of this, I guess that they could not be easilsy converted to hot water?
