Where can I get my part?????????

Been waiting a week for a fan motor on a outside condensing unit. It is a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim unit. My part is sitting on a freighter in the port of Savahnna in Georgia waiting to clear customs. It is still a week out!!!! Meanwhile I have some great senior citizen customers who are HOT!! Has anyone else experienced this lack of parts with Mitsubishi? It is VERY frustrating. This is the first unit we have ever had a parts failure on so far (4 yrs old). I love the Mitsubishi line so I am not out to bash them. I just want my part!!!!!!!!

Part Search Results

Talked with local wholesale house that sells Mr. Slim parts - Aireco: They do have this part on the shelf and it is not normally stocked.

Talked with Hoffman and Hoffman parts service: They do not have the part and (you probably already know this) part from factory warehouse will not be available until next Tuesday.
(and maybe that is good news if you had not heard that one?)
