Options
If its on second floor, switch off at boiler, turn off the supply valve, hook up hose to expaniosn tank, if u have one or boiler drain, just drain enough water to lower than the radiator ur working on... U don't have to drain the whole system.... While draining , open some of radiators vents to allow system to drains..

Been looking to drain the radiator to decorate but am at a loss how to shut off valve. The valve seems to be a Danfoss RA 15/6t type from what I can find on their website. The valve and both pipes are at one end of the radiator. Anyone help me?0 -
