TRVs and evolution...

some one-pipe TRVs in my home and I'm very happy with the outcome. No longer do I have rooms that even slightly overheat the way they used to and distribution/balancing is much better.

Maybe someone already makes this or maybe there's a good idea why NOT to make this, but is there such a thing as a programmable TRV?

It seems silly to me to have a relatively deep setback at night, yet keep the same TRV setting. I suppose if the vents are balanced well enough it should not make much of a difference.

Curiousity, alone, prompted this post. I'm eager to hear any thoughts on the subject.

    RA plus

Danfoss makes a battery operated set back unit as well. You have the option of setting up two programs with up to 3 set back periods a day and you choose the days of the week you want to run each program. The RA plus will fit any RA 2000 valve body.
