Monitor FCX oil fired boiler

Hello All, I am looking into installing a Monitor FCX oil fired boiler in my house to replace a miller downdraft (mobile home type) furnace. I am trying to figure baseboard need. the Boiler max. heating circuit water is rated at 178* would I be safe assuming that the normal operating temp would probably fall in the 160* range? If this is the case I would only yield about 450btu/ft from my baseboard. This is fine if the case, I just want to make sure I am correct in my guessing as the manual is not very informative. With the above holding true I will have 2 zones #1 94' in length 18 elbows 1 u-turn zone #2 158' in length 8 elbows and 2 u-turns. I would like to plumb each zone with its own circulator as zone 2 is heated with a wood stove and would not be used except when we are away or I get too old to deal with the wood anymore. can somebody give me an idea of what circulator I should use on each zone (local supply house carries Taco) It is my desire to do all the work myself I have researched most of the basics and feel with this boilers nearly "all-in-one" construction fitted with a circulator and expansion tank from the mfg. it should take some of the science out of the install.
