Diverter T hot water heating questions

Diverter T Hot Water System - I have 5 inch deep radiators recessed in wall. How much clearance do I need at top, back and sides? Also, in same wall in next room how close to last T can I install other radiator T for next room radiator? Also, behind radiator can I use aluminum foil or flashing on back of wall?
