Professor,can't find a listing for "Gack" in any of my refrigeration load calculation charts, but I'll keep looking.Hay ,here it is,it's under "left over fish parts such as heads ,bones ,guts,tails and other stuff".Well, anyway, the walk-in is cold again and some of the smell is gone also.Enjoy All!
