Sounds good to me. You've got a good set up with a quality boiler and pre heating the domestic will certainly save $$$ and wear and tear on the equipment

I installed a WM WTGO3 last winter. No problems. Now, entering the summer months, I wonder how long the boiler might run to maintain set point. Although it has a tankless coil for DHW, the inlet is supplied from a solar storage tank which at times will reach 150 deg. So there will be days with no demand on the boiler until the low limit (set at 150) brings it on. Or when we might go on vacation for a few days. I put a clock in paralell with the burner and get about 20 minuits runtime/24 hours with no DHW load. Does this seem average for this boiler. There will be days when solar won't do the job; thus no cold start. The boiler will be kept at 150 low limit year round. Thanks for any observations. I enjoy lurking in this forum. Mark S.0
