can you tell me the requirements for acid neutralizing in the condensate waste? as well, can you advise who manufactures these.

Depends on your local plumbing code
If you have PVC piping I am not so concerned, cast iron I would be. Viessmann makes a neutralization kit but you could cobble one together out of PVC pipe (4" with screwed end caps and some tees) and marble chips. Not scientific but it works.0
