DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND 2" STEAM ZONE VALVES?
I HAVE A CUSTOMER WHO HAS A CRACKED STEAM BOILER WITH 2 DEAD 1 1/4 HONEYWELL ZONE VALVES AND WANTS A NEW SYSTEM, ANY IDEAS?

Have you tried the honeywell site
I got a few about 4 years ago....also may be time to rethink using them at all...is this residential? TRVS and proper venting can help. Mad Dog

If you can
completely separate the piping of the two zones, both steam and return, it may make sense to use two smaller boilers. This would depend on whether suitable boilers are available that would match the radiation on the two zones.
