I've met folks at 3-AM who were without heat or experiencing a plumbing emergency who can't speak English (makes for an interesting call!). During "normal" hours, they offer interpreters. Most are separated from their families and loved ones - a steep price to pay for the freedoms we enjoy and the ability to be with our mothers this day.
