copper isn't made anymore except on special order from the mill in large quantities $$$. What I have done when I needed some 1/4"OD BT to remodel some pneumatic controls and I didn't want to use plastic. Take a roll of 1/4"OD soft, roll it out and fasten one end to a post. Connect the other end to a come-a-long and stretch it until it's strait Then shake it a bit while it's under tension, that work hardens it. Cut it to length and make your bends. Did you ever notice what happens to a roll of soft copper that rattles around in the back of your truck for a while, it gets hard. bob

stretch
Bob, I had a friend who did a lot of control work in a processing plant. He said they stretched the copper a certain number of feet per roll. I forget what he told me but I was surprised they had to stretch it that much
