Future condensation problem? (SE)

I'm looking at a set of prints calling for a gas fireplace in the center of a house with a chase for the double wall vent running through the ventilated attic area and then out. My concern is that given the warmth inside the chase from the concentric type vent, it will develop condensation under normal operation. Not flue gas condensation, but condensation on the interior of the chase which is specified un-insulated in the attic. Even if it were to be insulated for the most part, how could you insulate it right at the top to the termination where it exits the chase while maintaining required clearance to the pipe.
Am I worrying about something that will probably never happen?

Steve very unlikely
that would occur as long as venting is normal. The only other thing would be to contain it in a larger flue using the larger as a chase. You would then have a three wall flue Hmmm0
