Honeywell boiler aquastat

We repiped an existing boiler and replaced the existing tankless with an indirect. Now is there a way to disable the low limit on the aquastat, say by disconnecting a wire? Do I need a new aquastat?

The new zones and indirect are controlled by a new
taco zone controller and the indirect is off the Tekmar.

To disconnect the low limit

on a triple aquastat relay you do the following:

Remove the wire from the "B" terminal on the R-W-B side and jump out R and W.
