Sparco Honeywell ZV head problems

problems with these cracking? I have had 3 of 5 go bad. The replacements heads now say Honeywell/Sparco. Any different design?

Customer feels he got a bad deal, I suppose I'll eat these also.

I did push the operator pin in the body with a fingernail, so it is not a stuck plunger.
