hot water recirc line
New boiler installation. Existing boiler has a tankless coil with with gravity/natural convection recirc line. My question is when replacing the boiler do I tee the recirc. line into the mixed side of the tempering valve or directly from the hot side of the tankless coil. No money in job to install pump.0 -

circ. line
looks o.k. but i have always made the connection into the main trunk line not the branch . don't know if it matters maybe one of the other pro's will comment on that. we always use a pump & aqustat . on the cold connection to the mixing valve we drop the cold connection 27" below the inlet to form a heat sink.0
