The best thing you can do for yourself and your customer is buy Primary / Secondary pumping by Dan Holohan or Hydronic Heating for Residental and Light Commercial Buildings by Siegenthaler. This problem may at first blush look like it is simple -- it is not and as we say in Canada " This job is snake bite". The problems you can run into are not immediately obvious and the resulting time and additional material and equipment you may require will eat all of the profit from this job. If I can be so bold -- ask Dan or the wholesaler in your part of the world about someone who is a good consultant --- hire this person for the time requied to get a concise set of instructions and you will not only have learned what has to be done : but, also saved yourself a allot of heartache at the same time.

Just installed a Munchkin 80m with an indirect tank to be controlled by a Tekmar 260 using primary/secondary loops I have heard a lot about continuous circulation how do i wire the secondary pumps or what controls them?

controller is designed to work with a single stage boiler not a modulating boiler.

Bob thanks for the reply ...... the munchkin has been installed and working well for about a year without any outside reset.I spoke to the people at Heat transfer products my older munchkin does not accept the vision 1.
I thought i could sacrifice the step modulation feature for lower water temps with the Tekmar reset 260
What are your thoughts on this Bob. TKS

Jack tks for your reply, but i was looking for help not criticism my primary/secondary loops are piped to perfection and working likewise complete hydrolic separation
