Lochinvar Knight for a commercial application

have a job where i had originally speced out a wall of WM ULTRA’s – but the builder is adamant about no aluminum boilers (there is lots of ignorance out there), and there is no room for a large commercial modulating boilers like raypak/laars/rbi, so I am considering 2x105 knights for the radiant load, and 4x399kbtu knights for the hot water/air handler loads,

I am using a turbomax 109 for hot water generator since with 687000btu input it will give full flow water at 110f from 40f street temp (may add a knight storage tank to that setup for economy in light loads) – and the knights also vent to 100ft, i cant just go out the wall since the vent area is at an inside corner and by law I have to go up

So has anyone done this or am I pioneering here? Any “knight” experience, good or bad would be appreciated
