hi hb nice clean install's quick question what is that valve that comes off the t-'s before and after the pumps.

and the small grey control inline with it

Pressure Differential By-Pass

I normally use them when zone valves are in the mix. More importantly, to keep the pump from dead heading with Viessmann controls. The grey boxes are temperature sensors for the mixing valves.
