Freeze Protection

I saw a device (in an agriculture supply catalogue, I believe) that connects to the phone line and starts dialing pre-programmed #s when freezing conditions are present. I lost track of it but someone here mentioned it once. Anyone know what it is?

I believe this device should be code for vacation homes. At least in cold climates. 20 below inside the home can wreak havoc.
