from the first oilstock. I had a great time and from the looks of the crowd so did everyone else. The food was killer, the weather was great, learned alot and had ALOT of laughs with everyone. Met alot of folks and finally got to put the names and faces together. Chris(J.C.A), I'll have you know that MR.Santoro lived up to all of your hype. Since hes from Brooklyn, I'll call him Mister....fuggetaboutit. I'm sure someone will post some pics soon. Thanks to Alan and his crew for a stellar job. Family,food,friends,fun......what else is there? I hope there a round two, I'm in.

    Tommyoil,

Glad to hear it! I knew it would be something not to miss, but alas....I was doing something I loved today. I got to re-pipe some steam pipes for a new radiator.

I just love the smell of cutting oil and pipe dope in the morning...it smells like VICTORY !

I hope everyone who attended took something with them from the day. Having attended 2 of Dan's Wetstock events and "Chowdafest" compliments of Scott Milne,I know that's what it meant for me. Sometimes it went to "overload", but knowing that I could contact any one of the folks I met made it not seem so bad. Putting the names with the faces is a big plus!

Congratulations Alan. You've found yet another way of Carrying the Torch. Chris
