The youngster in the red ball cap, is "our" mexican son. He is attending an international high school and we are homestay parents for the 10 months that he is here.

The fourth annual Father & Son weekend

Well we had 48 this year, 20 dads and 28 sons. The fishing was miserly, only six were good enough to keep, BUT the trophy did get awarded! And the son's had a wonderful time. Oh yeah, so did the dads!

The Breakfast line-up (the arm at the end is collecting rain water off the tarp for the pancake mix! LOL!)

the whole fishing darby thing started with my friends cub scout group, wanting one more hurrah before the summer. It has now grown into an event! LOL!

And to be truthful, it is I who has the great sons'. They actually still want to be around the old man!

Even a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work! (unless it's a boiler install) LOL. Look's like the kids' had a blast. They never seem to mind the rain if they can play by the fire.
