Dunkirk makes them and badges them for Carrier.

Who makes Carrier?


I just bid on a job and the other bidder was using a Carrier with "titanium burners"( whoop-tee-do ) the home owner was fixed on that, more to boilers than just the burner, any way I talked to my rep and he said that Utica makes the cast for Carrier. I asked who locally sells them so I could give a apples to apples bid but he said that Sears is the only one that sells them that he knows, he locally reps Utica and I didn t look into it any further.
This was the second time that I have run into a contractor offering Carrier.

If you see

a boiler with Lennox, Bryant or Carrier label, it was made by Dunkirk. The Utica is news to me, but I will check with our Bryant/Carrier supplier. Greg

If I am not mistaken,...United Technologys owns Carrier and They have also purchased ICP, International Comfort products/ Which deals with the dunkirk Line. ICP is a Heil, Temp-Star, Air Quest dealer. Also carry Utica/Dunkirk Weil Mclain boilers......
