constant circulation heating question

with the good folks at Tek Mar and they assure me it is better to adjust water temperature rather than turning circs on and off. You already have the 2107. Use it in a set back mode where it lowers the water temps during set back. I think it has to do with maintaining the thermal mass temperature of the rooms being heated. Don't let the wall plaster and the furniture get cold. Keep them charged with some heat. WW

if I keep my circulators running all day with a buderus boiler and 2107 with room sensor wont that use more oil and the burner having to run more often to keep the boiler up to temp
if I have a well insulated house wont it be better to keep the water in the boiler hot and use it till my t-stat need it. because my house with all the insulation will not call for heat as much during the day

    thanks

    Piping?

How is the system piped? If your using the 2107, what type of radiation do you have, are you tempering w/ a modulating temper valve, or an injection pump into a secondary circuit, or are you piped direct into the boiler? Need some specs
