Radiant floor & hi-v air

Working on a design for a 10,000 sq. ft. home using radiant floor heating (not warming) and hi-velocity air. The air system will be used for IAQ all year and a/c in the summer.

We are looking at using several of the Air-Link product from Heatlink with heating coils in the blowers to warm make-up air.

Since this is out first hi-v job, are there specific comfort issues we should be aware of during the heating season with respect to using hi-v air and radiant floors?

Appreciate any comments.

this is a very common system

we do alot of those here because of the ac issue. Since you are not planning on figuring the radiant for heat, but only warm floor, you should be able to cut down on the amount of tubing used. Are you doing the sizeing yourself on the tubing or having it done? We usually cut down on the outside perimeter loops and don't use double loops in the joist spaces.
fer instance, in a heat application we would run the first four loops of the perimeter of a slab on 6 inch centers and then go to 12 inch centers. You may want to do that same thing with the first couple of perimeter loops and then go to 2 foot centers for warm floor only. Set up the air handler for continous circulation and use a really good air cleaner. We like to run the make up air as a totaly seperate system. A little more duct work but much nicer system. We always tie it into the bath exhaust fans and put one in the kit as well. Just my opinion
