Hydronic Geo-them Unit W/ High Velocity AC Unit?

If you are already running the tubing, why not run cool water through the tube and get some radiant cooling out of the system, and then use a small HRV unit (required anyway) with a supplemental cooling and heating coil for the peak period touch-up control. Step #1: reduce the loads of the house! Step #2: reduce the heating and cooling loads of the house!! Use very high quality windows with good solar control and you should be heading in the right direction.

Incorperating a Geo-therm Hydronic system w/ a high velocity AC
I am planning to build a new home. I would like to go with a geo-thermal (hydronic-radiant) HVAC system. I would like to avoid using traditional duct work. Are there any systems that run with High Velocity AC units? I look forward to any comments or suggestions. Thanks

Geo- High Velocity A/C
Unico Systems can utilize a hydronic coil with their high velocity- mini duct system. You can use a water- to- water geothermal unit for both your hot water for radiant, and chilled water for A/C circulated through the hydronic coil in the Unico System.
You can contact me direct through my e-mail for more information.
