Cast radiator connections

I have an old cast iron radiator with a missing flanged compression elbow fitting used for hooking the thing up. The radiator takes 2 and the elbow that I DO have has an L stamped into it. It's threaded on the outside of the flanged end @ 1in, and in the the interior of the other end for 3/4" pipe. I need another and I've tried every retail place in town w/o luck. The guys in Ace just shook their heads and said that "the old stuff can be hard to find"...Thanks. Any ideas where I could find another? Also, this appears to be 37 degrees on the flange which I believe is an old standard. Thanks.

If you have one elbow
the fitting on the other end was a valve. Most plumbing supply houses carry these. However, you'll need to remove the old tailpiece (flanged part with nut) from the radiator as the new valve probably won't match the existing threads. This is not unusual, even in the old days one brand had different threads from another.
Removing the old tailpiece can be fun, but once you do you'll find the usual 3/4" pipe thread in the radiator.
