Trouble with TAC three way

I have most of the TA line in an electronic catalogue -
please provide

Model of controller, actuator and valve?
Application?
Design Parameters?
Specific problem?

I'm on the road until Thursday but will check in when I can.

    Having troulbe getting installation and operation manuel. Any body know about these things

    I am unsure of the specifics of the model it is on the job. I know there is a hand held unit that is used the interface with the control it has a LCD screen four directional buttons, an enter button and a exit button. The control runs two three way valves one for DHW and the other is the space heating it also controls the pumps that move water to the apts and controls the temp of the header loop My supply house gave me a hand drawn wiring diagram and thats it! They said there is nothing else avalible! How is this possible. Please any help would be great.

    TAC have literally thousands of products…it could be anything.

    The controller sounds like the Xenta series - you’ll have to obtain the specifics before searching.
