Steam Orifice Supplier?

I have a vapor job with a bunch of new hand valves already installed by the previous steam guy. Rather than mess with anything else I figure I'd put orifices in them. I may have a source for the technical info to size them based on EDR and square footage ( although I haven't gotten it yet, so I hope it's what I need), but who makes the orifices? Alternatively, does anyone make something like the original adjustable-orifice valves?
Although that would be a bigger cost/nuisance to install.
