We use it
and it works really well for us. You can do a lot of things with it. We are fixing to buy the accounting interface for Quick Books and the network version so office staff can be using the scheduling and and customer history etc at the same time. Pretty easy to learn and pretty good at what it does. I know of at least one other heating company here in Fairbanks that uses it as well. So far so good. We are a smaller company that has 4 techs plus myself. We also use Profitt Maxx software to track labor productivity. This also is good if you are strictly a service company.
Hope this helps,
Rocky0
