Testo 02 sensor.....what's the deal?

Have been wondering about trying out the Testo combustion analyser and comparing it to our two Bacharach Fyrite 125. Have not been real happy with the Bach's. They just don't seem durable enough. Bad thermocouples, bad sensors, replace the whole hose assbly if temp sensor goes out etc. We do high volume of work and each machine sees about 25 boilers a week. HOw do you like the Testo's overall? What volume of work do you perform and how do they hold up? We treat our stuff very good. They stay warm, hoses are disconnected from machine after the tests, good water and debris filters installed etc. We are doing about all we can. Maybe the Bach's just arent' designed for the amount of work we do? Any info and model types would be appreciated.
Warm regards from (not so) chilly Fairbanks,
Rocky

I just pulled out my Testo 300M to check a burner and the O2 sensor is bad......AAAAAAAAHHH. I just changed this one in early feb of this year, thats only 2 1/2 months. The last sensor lasted a year and a half, what's the deal? Have any of you experienced the same thing? I called the factory around 4:30pm today and left a message, lets "testo" the customer service....

Good thing I live near my buddy heatboy. Thanks for the free rental my friend!

I had to replace my O2 sensor last fall

on my 300XL, and it lasted two days. However, Testo sent me another one at no charge including overnight shipping. They just asked that I return it in the prepaid envelope they provided at my convenience. So as much as it was aggravating, the service could not be beat.

    Thanks Testo!

I received a phone call this morning from Bill Spohn over at Testo, and he got me in touch w/ parts dept. I should be receiving the new O2 sensor by monday. Well, looks so far like Testo passed the service test!
