Thanks for the messages, here is my problem. This is a preffered client, otherwise I would not touch this one. The concrete contractor is great for pouring slabs and his finish work, however the last job he insulated took forever, and the quality was not there. I am looking to outsource this to someone else, I just wanted to know what the labor charge per sq ft might cover my gluteous maximus. I just wanted to know what might be fair befotre I ask my sub what he wants to charge. Thanks.

Oh yeah, no rebar is included, job is already tamped. Thanks

    Hey guys

Looks like I have to provide material and labor to level gravel w/ laser, install poly sheeting, 2" foam, and 6X6 wire mesh. In the past I had always been able to bump this up to the builder.... Do any of you have any est on labor for this? Gravel work will be minimal The size is approx 5,000 sq ft.

    Thanks for any help....

    Hire it out!

The last thing you want to do is put unqualified people on a job you're not familiar with. Hire a concrete contractor to do the work for you and put 15% on top of his number.

    In leiu of that, C.Y.A.
