even though assenbeling thecherry picker is work....

it is a lot lihter work than snapping the iron up off the ground by just about any other means...i have a 4 wheeler floor jack that comes in right handy my self. and its 80 lbs is preferable to the cherry picker.

I have a stair climber with the forks also. But when I am by myself, the stair climber is sometimes a bit more than I can handle with a very heavy load. Too hard to slide the radiator onto the forks alone. This engine hoist I picked up at Harbor Freight Tools for about $150. It is just right for me to unload a big item and drop it to the ground. It then will fold up and roll into the corner.

This 550 lb. one was more than 2 of us could unload. We got it into the truck but had some trouble getting it off. The crane worked great.
