loosing Taco o11 pumps

Apparently there is a problem with the system. I'll need to know more about the system dynamics. You did mention 0011 on a primary loop. What is the length, and diameter of that loop? Additionally, do you know what the flow rate required is? How did you end up with a 0011, did the manufacturer supply it with the boiler or did you arbitrarily select it. Is this a new installation? Do you have low temperature radiant of the primary loop, if so are you using tubing with an oxygen barrier to prevent osmosis. taco 011 pumps
We have lost 3 011 pumps on a trinity boiler in the past year. This pump is on the primary loop. Motor gets extremely hot. Water temp is set @ 180 degrees. Could it be sludge in boiler causing pump to not move enough water and burning up after time. Please get back having a total nightmare over problem.
