Pri/Sec or bypass?

If it is a gravity conversion i would do a pri sec with constance circ and a reset for the system water temp.I would watch out for all that cold water return from shocking and or causing flue condensation .Did you look into a modulating condensing boiler they love those types of application and work great with constance circ lower supply temp.In either case i would look at primary secondary piping or something with a system by pass to keep those retrn temps up a little bit .peace and good luck clammy

Well I just ordered the boiler from Don Park, now its just the changeout. I really want to do primary/secondary but the space is real tight. Is the benifit of pri/sec over bypass worth the extra hassle that will be had making it fit? Boiler is Weil-McLain CGa series with elec. ign..0 -

Cast iron rads on a gravity conversion. Space is tight, and with three supplys and three returns it makes it even harder.0
