Gas Furnace

Yes thank you all for your feedback. I am the one with the problem with the brand new gas furnace (+ 90%). I have the one that keeps on shutting down after about 2 minutes of run time. But everything runs including the Indoor Blower motor. I read all of your feeback and I was wondering what improperlly sized ductwork would do to my furnace? Would it be a high limit problem? Next I have done everything possible with the intake vent. I have taken it totally off and then I have put it on. But wouldn't that simply only effect the pressure switch? I run this thing and and when it is running there is no voltage drop across any of the switches. That would lead me to believe that it is not them. Question how does the flame sensing rod work with the board. (This unit has hot surface ignition w/flame sensing rod)

Still need the make & model. Keeping the replys to one post also helps keep it all in one place. As mentioned, the high limit would trip if the ducts were not sized properly, thus restricting airflow. However, the unit would continue to blow cold air if it was the high limit. Is there a flashing error code? Make & model. Make & model. Just want to help...

Why your at it, can you give us a Delta T on the furnace itself? This will comfirm if there is an air flow problem or duct problem.
