Conbraco Autofill likes to go to 30psi, any tips for repair

This valve was setting the system to about 40 psi, yikes. Surprised the pressure relief hadnt blow yet, but will replace that also.

I adjusted it until the threads are almost out and the best I can get is around 25-28 are there any othe tricks to fix this and not have to replace it, I am wondering if its worth cracking to clean the strainer, or just swap it with a watts or something else. Thank you
Chris

    guage?

Are your sure the guage your using is accurate? If so I would also be checking the expansion tank. Either way I would be shutting it down until it's repaired. No need to take chances. IMHO
