Helder radiant heat

heatlink make a insulated conduit I have used for mains inside a slab and from outdoor boiler location. It works very good but it is alittle expensive.

Slab on Grade

I have four houses and 4-plexs coming up that I will be doing the plumbing and radiant for.I have located the manifolds away from the mechanical room to reduce leader lengths.I was going to run the mains under the slab insulation and was wondering what insulation I should be looking at for the mains.Also would it be to my advantage to run the supply and return in the same bundle or would the return scavage to much heat from the supply.
