Looking for decorative split ring flanges

I am looking for decorative split rings to cover the holes in my hardwood floors for the supply and return lines for my "stand up" style radiators. I saw them in a catalog I received last summer, but can't find or remember the name of the catalog. The catalog that carried them had them in three different styles and if I remember correctly they were made out of some type of metal and available in multiple finishes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
