I made it home safe and sound!!! (Unlike the trip out there)

Seven hours from Syracuse Saturday, got home in time to boil up the little buggers while they were still moving!! Tasty!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank you for the EXCELLENT class this past week. My brain is quite full, thank you very much! I can't wait to start implementing some of the things I learned from you.

To anyone who has been considering attending Tim's classes, but has been putting it off - You will be hard pressed to find a better investment, or time better spent. Tim is "teacher extrordinaire," and you are guaranteed to come out of the class much more knowledgeable than you were before.

Oh yeah - the "Restaurant and Cafe" is an excellent lunch spot, too!!!!

Thanks again, Tim. Looking forward to seeing you again!!

    It was really a pleasure to have John in class this past week. We had a great week together and he is really a class guy. I hope you made it home safe John. How were the LOBSTA'S?
