flat rate books

in THE MAIN WALL
I am switching my company pricing from Time and Materials to flat rate pricing. Can anyone recommend a company to get flat rate books from?? Also, if anyone else has made the switch from T&M to flat rate could you share your experiences?? Did your customers react positively, did you lose customers, etc.

    Flat rate is a wonderful thing, but you must have training to use it. It's way more than you think. I have no idea who's providing that service in your area. I survived and prospered; but it's not for the faint of heart.Good luck.
