Thanks Steamhead. Seriously--any suggestion for the radiator color? It's a US Capitol like all the rest. Height about 2/3 of the way up the panels.

Only heat-related in that this section goes behind a radiator. Battle royale setting up as other powers want me to cover the radiator and I utterly refuse to loose the radiation--particularly in a dining room.
It's lying on the floor. Trim to left is unstripped--just there to show how things fit. Top "cap" not yet attached.
This wainscotting, trim and twin built-in buffets will be enameled in satin snow white with bright, saturated red walls above. Any suggestion for the color of the radiator using one of my modern "bronze" jobs? Perhaps an antique silver? Hopefully such doesn't contain aluminum but even if it does I can deal with some radiation hit...
Hate to say the number of hours involved in making about 40' of that top rail with the guilloche pattern (interlacing circles) in true bas relief. LOTS of hand work.0 -
