large steam job

I looked at a job yesterday. I just did a walk thru... the good news... good basement entrance, good concrete floors, no steps,parking lot at basement entrance. Plate on gas boiler said 680,000 btu. Went to second floor and found radiators missing...found them in a room at the end of the hall. Told owner job was beyond me...need pipe fitter/plumber to check piping in entire building. Don't know if building froze up. e mail me if you want phone # of owner.

If it's steam

all the way to the radiators, they probably didn't freeze up. But if the steam drives a heat exchanger which sends hot water to the rads, anything could happen.
