Does anyone have any experience using the Honeywell Service Assistant? If you don't know this is a high tech instrument for analyzing air conditioning units. The idea being better spring tune ups and increased energy savings.

We are just starting to look into it. I got a bunch of info off the web, but it is all from the manufacturer or Honeywell. Any listed customer comments are from mechanical contractors. I can definitely see the commercial benefits, but I'm wondering about residential.
As I understand it, the power company in CT is offering $100 to the contractor for every spring tune up they do using one of these. That would certainly help offset the cost.0
