Electric boiler radiant

Looking for some input on installing a 2 ( 105*, 112*) zone 21000 btu slab radiant - customer has no place for oil or propane heater, as above utility room is a finished roof deck. This is new const, 26 x 42' single floor slab w/ cath ceil most areas,, am thinking Carefree boiler w/ prim / sec w/ 2 zones, tru-flow mainfold, thermostatic mix valves , Total GPM is 2.2 ,, Carefree E412 41,000 BTU cap. Some input please. ( thanks for the help last post, Too much GPM due to a different spec sheet for parts,, MY OWN FAULT- can't be somebody elses?)

I would supply one temperature to both those zones. Add the two required temperatures then divide by two to get an avearge temperature. If both required temperatures are within 10% that's close enough, in my opinion.

Most radiant is built around a 10- 15% delta t anyways.


Also consider a modulating electric boiler. They handle changing loads better. I like the Thermolec as it comes in many sizes and has an outdoor reset feature built in. A lot quieter than thase large contactor types.
