-52 Below and going lower

MONEY! Me and Weezbo are likely to suffer from sleep deprivation soon. And thats not a good thing for those of us already trying to follow some posts by "the Weez"! Was a balmy 52 below on my porch yesterday morning, but it turned out ok because it warmed up to -41 for the high. I didn't know what I was going to do if it had stayed cold all day! On pace to set the fourth coldest January on record with an AVERAGE January temperature of -21. Just yesterday alone we had a low of -52, and a high of -41. Thats more degree days in 24 hours than most places see in a month! Ice fog got thick! Anywho, better get some sleep while I can. Don't want "the Weez" to be the only one bright eyed and bushy tailed out there.
Warm regards from chilly Fairbanks,
Rocky

    Bankers Hours Hey *~/:)

three no heats , 2 more averted freez ups and me with my showcase job i have to be working on and some final and a rough in i am supposed to get back at so we can pour the gypcrete later on...I am defining my NEW ME He is going to hang out some place warm near food and refuse to do this again :)

I like the look in the peoples eyes though when we show up :) its a little like Thank GOD and Here is my New Best Friend :) the time zone is great:) i had one of those well the burner wont go , and the usual

"SO You ran out of Fuel oil hey .."

".Oh No," answer "not Today ":)) like i dont know... it was 4 in the morning when they called and 7 a.m. ish when i got wind of it..the next day :)) man we cant get the place above 65..."well" ,i say," how do i know how wide the door was left open all day long..?... the gelled fuel was a Bunk deal they had #2 delivered in this temp...that cost me a call to becket that i almost took the becket nox off the viessman and sent it to the junk yard in favor of a riello...the control kept cutting out , first cleaned the fire eye and click,...so i wire around it and all is well... so like i am going to keep fricking around with the thing with gelled fuel buh i think maybe it is some thing like some weird glitch in the control, so i call Beckett....i would have learned nothing about the new nox primary had i not called to be sure ...seems they are super sensitive to like very small variations of flame ...i hate cold #2 in this temp...

    Guys,

thanks for being there for so many.

Marianne and I will be speaking to the good folks from Alaska MCA next week. We'll be in Kona on the big island, though. Wish you were joining us.
    Retired and loving it.

Yikes! I guess that's what happens when the "Polar Express" stays up North. 61° last night in the rain. 55° at 10 am this morning in the sun. We've hardly had a winter.

At least you guys will be able pay your heat bill:) We used to have winter around here, until about 6-7 years ago. Wonder where it went.

    Hey!

I'm going to Alaska in June. Hope it warms up a little by then. Cameras don't work well when the batteries get cold.
Throw another log in the fire.

My friend Larry is the retired plumbing and mechanical inspector ,...i will have him turn up the outdoor thermostat so your stay is in the 65 above range or thereabouts :)
