Bock boiler

HI. It sounds like you may have a suction line leak. I have found with the roth tanks that if the cap on the roth tank valve is not properly seated you will have an air leak. This is the cap put in place when using a single tank. Roth makes a bushing to remove their valve assembly and use a standard double tap bushing.

    Bock Boiler

I have a Bock direct vent boiler that I use for my radiant & domestic. I have a Roth oil tank with a 2 line oil feed & return. Every thing has been working fine. There are two things I want to ask about. When the boiler first starts after about 15 seconds it has a very slight delay in the burner firing for a half second & then it's fine. It does this every time it starts. Maybe 1 in 10 it doesn't. The other thing is it's loud outside. Sounds like a jet engine when it's running. Any help on this would greatly appreicated,,,,,,Thanks
