GlyAnti-freeze boiler help

I have everything needed to antifreeze my fathers boiler. Is there a set way it has to be done? I was going with a 50/50 mixture.
Is it as simple as draining the boiler into containers, taking the amount of water and cut it in half, pump water and anti-freeze back into the boiler?
Thanks for the help

Make sure you only use a boiler anti-freeze. I find out how much a boiler holds then determine the approx capacity in the system. The containers will tell how much to dilute to be safe. You can also test the concentration. Most boiler anti-freeze is -100 full strenght. Just do not use car anti-freexe.0 -
What kind of system do you have? System will depend on how you will remove air without loosing anti-freeze.0 -
Premix
Mix it as you pump it in.

Keep in mind that it will affect your system pump capacity.
